Customer Service Training

There is a generally accepted 'rule-of-thumb' that if you treat someone well they will tell three people.  However, if you treat them badly they will tell 11 others.

Good quality Customer Service often is not expensive to provide, however it can be expensive not to, to try and retrieve an unhappy customer or correct a situation retrospectively. 

A brand is built on Reputation and therefore so is the business that the brand supports, sometimes that is what gets us the business and maintains a good price.
