• Using more coaching or therapeutic techniques to explore the issues in your business.

• Focus  on what you want out of the business and what it means to you, rather than on the practical ‘let’s get on with it’.

• More of a focus on personal development of you and key individuals

• Experienced in running businesses and know what it’s like to run a  business.

Business Consulting

• Similar to Advising

• Consulting is based more on specialist areas such as:  Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Strategy, Systems, Processes, Project Management etc.
