Tim is a Director with almost 30 years of Sales, Marketing and Consulting experience mainly gained within Hi Tech Organisations. This has included advising clients on optimising technology and outsourcing. He has held several senior sales and business leadership positions within technology and IT organisations.
Tim understands the importance to businesses of retaining profitable customers and promotes the value of the 'Excellent Customer Experience'. Tim's experience also includes successful large complex 'deal' negotiations, which hee has achieved in the Financial Services and Telecom sectors . He has set up and run three technology organisations and is therefore well versed in how to run a business, and has a wide network of contacts and influencers.

I spent over 25 years in senior customer-facing with American Airlines and I am passionate about Customer Service. I also have a Master’s Degree from the Strathclyde Business School and spent 6 years as a teaching fellow at the University of the West of Scotland where I imparted my passion for marketing and customer service to students of all ages.
I also developed and delivered programmes for a Golf Tourism and hospitality micro-business throughout Scotland. and will be doing the same across the country. I also work with SMEs to effectively integrate marketing and customer service to increase business performance and deliver an excellent customer experience.
